Orange Smoothie With Kale
Serves: 1
  • 2 cups or large handfuls of kale, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 2 to 4 ounces of almond milk
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes to chill or as much as desired
  1. Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
