Low-fat Apple Waldorf Salad

A healthy low-fat Waldorf Salad with a refreshing and tasty twist.
  • ⅓ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup fat-free yogurt
  • 2 medium sized cored and bite-sized cut apples
  • ½ fresh bite-sized cut pineapple
  • 2 celery stalks cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¾ cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
  • ⅓ cup golden raisins
  1. To prepare the dressing, mix mayonnaise and yogurt until blended. Stir in the remaining ingredients until mixed well.
