Cauliflower White Sauce

This wonderfully healthy and delicious sauce is great over vegetables, pasta, baked potatoes and chicken.
  • 1 cup cooked cauliflower
  • 1 bud Garlic – pressed
  • ½ tsp low-sodium chicken bullion granules
  • ½ tsp “Molly McButter” powder
  • Salt, pepper, & fresh herbs to taste
  1. Steam cauliflower 10 to 14 min.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Use broth from steamed cauliflower or chicken broth to thin sauce to desired consistency.
