Apple Cider Marinated Chicken
Serves: 6
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 T Blake's apple cider
  • 6 Bell & Evan's boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Blend together olive oil, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, shallot, thyme, cracked black pepper, parsley and apple cicer. Pour over chicken breasts. Marinate under refrigeration for two hours. Before cooking, rinse marinade from chicken, pat dry with paper towels and grill to desired doneness. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
